Description

Lot H is situated on the Roaring Fork River in downtown Basalt. This multi-use building houses offices as well as residences. Part of the requirement by the town of Basalt for permitting was for the developer to have a park-type landscape installed with river access. Through the use of native river boulders, large slabs of stone from southern Colorado, and mass plantings of trees, shrubs, and flowers, Twisted Tree has created a beautiful addition to Basalt’s growing center.
